Hey, I am reading Beastly, and something bugged me. This is the description of the beast.
I stared into the mirror. I was an animal—not quite wolf or bear or gorilla or dog, but some horrible
species that walked upright, that was almost human, yet not. Fangs grew from my mouth, my fingers
were clawed, and hair grew from every pore. I, who'd looked down on people with zits or halitosis, was
a monster.
Now, tell me if that description is portrayed well in the movie version of the beast...
So I don't know if this is later explained. I'll find out. But, for now, I am bugged. Just sayin'.
Wow, I haven't read the book but that sounds WAY off...
ReplyDeleteYou know, movies tend to change things about the books, sometimes a lot. So maybe this is just a change in the movie, not the book.
ReplyDeleteThat really bugged me. The book/movie is called Beastly not Scared and Tattooed Guy. Like really at least make him look close to a beast. He looks kind of normal to me.
